H&H Fresh Fish Company

Fortunately, it’s pretty easy to get fresh fish and seafood in Santa Cruz. The local Monterey Bay Aquarium publishes a guide to sustainable seafood, so it’s also easy to know which fish to buy. Locally caught fish are available year round and as close as the local farmer’s market or the harbor. H&H Fresh Fish Company (website) is the resident seafood buyer of the Santa Cruz Harbor- selling directly to the public from their location and at farmers’ markets. They sell fish they catch themselves and from other local Santa Cruz fishermen after hand selecting, approving, and processing all the fish they present for sale. Their goal is to provide the highest quality seafood available, while supporting our coastal communities and promoting sustainable fishing practices. They started Santa Cruz’s first Community Supported Fishery (CSF) Club, delivering sustainable seafood direct to consumers.
