Beet salad

 

Heirloom beets drizzled with rosewater then topped with Saint Andre french cheese, broccoli sprouts, cilantro flowers, rose petals, and a french vinaigrette dressing.  It’s amazing what you can make after a visit to the local farmer’s market.
